I was disheartened when my car stalled because of a flash flood incident on Tanah Merah Besar Road on August 7, 2008. I am thankful to the NTUC Income Call Centre for the quick response to my plight and had my car towed to your authorised workshop, (Joo Hak Kee Motor Workshop).

However, I must praise the Proprietor of Joo Hak Kee Motor Workshop, Mr Teo Soi Joo, his Operations Manager William, and his team of mechanics for the emotional care and reassurance given to me when my heart was truly broken by the state of my car. They promised me that they will restore my car to its original condition and performance as they are familiar with Mazda RX 8 and other brands of car. In fact, Mr. Teo and William kept me informed on the progress of the repair works – an exceptional customer service indeed!

Yesterday, I collected my car and I am elated that my car was restored to my fullest satisfaction. Joo Hak Kee Motor Workshop has shown honesty and integrity in discharging their highest standard of repair work to its customers. I understand also that a half-submerged car Hyundai involved in the same incident was repaired by Joo Hak Kee Motor Workshop and I believed the car owner would share the same experience and appreciation for a good job done.

Recently, I met with an accident, and I was recommended to send my car to Joo Hak Kee Motor Workshop.
